Since the 3g Iphone needs a two year contract for the iphone to be low cost and without contract is 399, 499 a piece, would the old iphone nonetheless be in stores on sale?

It is likely the that the 3g version will be £100, I believe o2 will be hoping all stock of the old version will be cleared.
I can not see them ordering any further supplies.
