Like, lets say some guy got sperm on a dildo, and did not clean it, and then, a girl wants to use it, but not get pregnant, how long before the sperm dries and is like "no good" ?

almost certainly about an hour, but your chances of finding inpregnated by it are slim, each and every second its alive it becomes weaker and weaker and without force it isn't really possible it will make it inside of your cervix, not impossible, but not quite likely
