A friend of mine is 16 and the legal age where you can have sex in North Carolina is 16 but One store refused to sell him a condom because they said that he had to be 18 to get a condom but I believe that is stupid that he can have UNSAFE sex but can't have Secure sex until he is 18. I think that the cashier at that store is wrong... I think you can acquire condoms at 16... Does anyone know the answer to this?

Our local stores sell them to anybody responsible enough to show up and buy them.
